What is this crazy Paleo "Diet" you keep obsessing over?

    Eating paleo includes drinking lots of water, eating lots and lots of veggies and meats, fruits, nuts, oils and spices. Foods to omit from the this life style are all grains, soy and legumes, dairy, and sugar.

   The name paleo can be somewhat misleading. The idea is not to eat exactly like a caveman or to become a caveman, but to eat real whole  foods that nourish your body.

   I try not to use the term "diet" when I describe the way we eat, because when someone typically thinks of a diet they envision a temporary weight loss program. Paleo is a lifestyle. It's a way of eating, exercising and staying healthy for a lifetime.
