It’s official!!! It’s summer and that means I have four kids
all day every day. What am I going to do with these kids for the next three
months???? I am excited to have them
home more often because I can experiment with my paleo concoctions and see how
their behavior changes, the big boys tend to entertain my toddler and no more
school routine.
Now that I have this new found energy from eating paleo, I
have a lot of plans/goals for this summer. I plan on starting the summer off with
some sleep training for baby Grey, who is 8 months old in just a couple more
days and some potty training for Roland, who is 3. I've been reading this book
called The Sleep Easy Solutions. It has
a lot of great stuff. For the potty training, I’m just going to let him run
around naked and reward him with awesome prizes every time he makes it to the
potty.
I am also planning on giving Isaac, who is 11, and Quinn,
who is 8, some home schooling. I’m going to make sure they are both reading and
practicing math skills, then for Isaac tuba practice. They may hate me by the
end of the summer between eating healthy and home school.
Once I have trained Baby Grey to sleep and I’m no longer
being used as a portable bed I am going to blog more often, start an exercise
routine, and do some hands on activities with Roland. Maybe I’ll even have some
time to squeeze in a book or two and spend some time with my husband.
